THE BIBLE
The Bible is divinely inspired by God and is totally true and trustworthy. It is God's revelation of Himself to man, testifies to Jesus Christ and the salvation He offers, and teaches us how to live.
Psalm 19:7-8 Psalm 119:140 Isaiah 40:8 2 Timothy 2:16 Hebrews 4:12 2 Peter 2: 20-21
GOD
There is only one living and true God. He has revealed Himself to humanity as God the Father,
God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit. He spoke into creation all things for His glory.
Genesis 1:1 Jeremiah 10:10 Matthew 6:9; 7:11 Luke 1:35 John 1:1-17 John 10:30,38
John 14:7-11 Colossians 1:15-22 John 4:24 John 14:26 Acts 1:8 I John 4:13
JESUS
Jesus is the eternal Son of God. He was conceived by God's Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary just as the prophets foretold. He lived a perfect life on earth as both God and man, took upon Himself the sins of all humanity and died on the cross as a final sacrifice for sin. He rose from the dead on the third day, appeared to many and then ascended to heaven where He now sits at the right hand of God the Father. He lives in all believers and will return one day for His people and to judge the world.

HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God, fully divine. Scripture teaches of His many roles on earth and in the life of the believer.

HUMANITY
All people are created in the image of God and have eternal value to Him. Each person is worthy of dignity and respect from the moment of conception.
Genesis 1:26-30 Psalm 8:3-6 Psalm 139:13 Jer. 1:5 John 3:16 Romans 5:8
SALVATION
Every person has disobeyed God (sinned) and the only hope of having restored fellowship with God is through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Jesus died on the cross as a perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people. Our sins are forgiven and we are given the hope of eternal life as we repent (turn away) from sin and place our faith in Christ alone.
John 3:16 John 14:6 Romans 3:23 Romans 5:8 Romans 6:23 Ephesians 2:8-9 1 John 1:7-9
THE CHURCH
The church is the Body of Christ which includes all believers in Christ throughout the ages. It is also most often described in the New Testament as a local congregation of baptized believers (in Christ) in which each member is accountable to Christ and has a vital, active role in the family of God. Our purposes as a church are to worship God, to demonstrate God's love, to communicate God's Word, to provide fellowship for God's people, and to help people become more like Christ.
Exodus 34:14 John 4:23-24 John 13:34 I John 3:18 Matthew 28:19-20 Acts 1:8 Acts 2:46-47 Ephesians 2:19 Colossians 1:28
BAPTISM
Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It is an act of obedience to Christ's command, symbolizing the crucified, buried, and risen Savior, as well as the believer's death to sin, burial of the old life, and resurrection to walk in newness of life in Christ. Baptism is not necessary for salvation but is an outward expression of an inward change.
